You need to be a paid-up member at least 4 days before to vote (Friday 10 March)!

Proxies

If you cannot personally make the General Meeting then you may appoint any person (not necessarily a bonfire member) to vote on your behalf and raise questions at the meeting.  Proxies must be notified to the Secretary at least 48 hours before the meeting.  Please email Jane on secretary@hbbs.info with the following text by Sunday 12th March… - copy, paste and edit to suit...  

Alternatively, print off this form and post it as instructed.
