Our governance and constitutions today

Our non-executive charity trustees should primarily focus on strategy, direction, governance, oversight, whereas execution of our operations are entirely run by our:

• Executives, i.e. our Top-Table (Chair, Treasurer, Secretary), plus our Health & Safety Director

• Captains, who have delegated authority from our Top-Table/Executive to operate their scope
